By downloading the associated graphics you agree to the following terms:

You understand that as on OPVA member, OPVA grants you a nonexclusive, royalty free, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use, reproduce, and publicly display the Logo solely as to identify yourself and/or your organization as a member of OPVA.
You need to me a member in good stating as defined by the Association statuses and regulations to be able to display the Logo.

You agree:

(b) not to use the Logo in any other business name, domain name, product or service name, logo, trade dress, design, slogan, or other trademark, or to combine the Logo with any other icon, logo, or symbol;

(c) to include a reasonable amount of empty space surrounding the Logo in order to separate it from other objects on your website; and

(d) not to place the Logo on any web site that is obscene or pornographic by law or that promotes sexually explicit materials; violence; discrimination based on sex, race, national origin, religion, or sexual identity; or illegal activities.

OPVA reserves all rights in the Logo, in OPVA's trade names and trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights.
